Meet Dr. Jaz

Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Jaz has lived in various places along the East Coast over the past 10 years. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Temple University before moving to Georgia, where she worked as an EMT for three years. She later attended Emory & Henry College, earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.

While in school, she worked as a personal trainer and competed as a powerlifter. She moved to Northern Virginia to complete her clinical training before settling in Richmond, VA, where she began her career as a DPT. In January 2024, she embraced a new chapter in life—motherhood—welcoming her baby girl.

Dr. Jaz has always been passionate about helping others. She understands that life can be hectic but believes prioritizing your health today lays the foundation for long-term success. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and cherishing moments with her husband, daughter, and their two cats.

She is certified in LSVT Big and Dry Needling Level 1.
